Traces
Time stands still, yet the moment slips by so quickly…
An hour spent in a shelter, completely disconnected from the outside world—or at least the world below.
We live alongside the clouds, the birds, the light.
The scent of wood lingers with us during this watchful pause.
Each of us should find ways to recreate moments like this in everyday life—for the well-being of all.

To be at peace and to take the time,
To take the time to look, to contemplate, to observe,
To take the time to touch, to walk, to move,
To take the time to listen—listen to the silence, the calm.
To take the time to think, to drift away, to reflect.
This hour, this little hour, allowed me to take the time—for goodness, for joy, and all in the early morning.
A sense of peace to start the day well—a good day, a wonderful day beginning perfectly.
I liked it, I loved it, I want more…
